Delivery
All our products are made to order.
The standard production time is 1–2 weeks from the moment we receive a fully paid order.
If you need faster delivery, please contact us in advance to confirm the possibility of priority production and shipping (an additional fee may apply).
Parcels are dispatched once a week, usually on Fridays.
Delivery times depend on the chosen courier service:
InPost – approximately 2–3 business days
UPS – approximately 2–7 business days
As soon as your parcel is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link to follow your delivery online.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and transportation fees.
Handling charges are fixed, while shipping costs depend on the total weight of the parcel and the selected carrier.
We recommend combining items into one order whenever possible — separate orders placed individually will be shipped separately and charged separately.
Each parcel is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. We take great care to protect our leather products during transport.
Returns & Complaints
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
This right does not apply to products that are custom-made or personalized.

Before sending your parcel, please:
- Pack the items securely to protect them during shipping,
- Agree with us on the return method,
- Provide us with the tracking details once the parcel is dispatched.
