1. General Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with G8DBOY Sp. z o.o. through the website customcollar.pl or any associated mobile versions.
By accessing and placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Orders may only be placed by individuals over 18 years of age who have a valid delivery address.
Product availability is subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw products and prices without prior notice.
2. Prices & Shipping Costs
All prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges. Shipping costs depend on the courier, parcel weight, and destination. The exact cost is shown during checkout.
3. Orders & Contract Formation
Orders can be placed via customcollar.pl. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a refund within 14 days.
4. Delivery
All products are made to order. The standard production time is 1–2 weeks from the moment full payment is received. Orders are usually dispatched once a week, typically on Fridays.
Faster production may be possible upon request. Delivery time depends on the selected courier.
5. Order Cancellation
According to EU law, customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for products that are custom-made or personalized (e.g., color, size, engraving, or inscription).
All products offered by CustomCollar.pl are made to individual order; therefore, we kindly ask customers to make thoughtful purchases.
If eligible for return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6. Returns & Complaints
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original labels and packaging. Returns and complaints should be reported to: bok@customcollar.pl.
If your complaint is accepted, the return shipping cost will be covered by the seller.

7. Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely via Stripe using major credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc.). G8DBOY reserves the right to verify payment validity and customer data before processing an order.
8. Liability
G8DBOY shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier errors. The maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the order.
9. Colors & Measurements
Colors and dimensions displayed on the website may slightly vary depending on device settings and material characteristics. Measurements are approximate.
10. Warranty
G8DBOY complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Defective products should be reported as soon as possible via email or the return form provided.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on the CustomCollar website are the property of G8DBOY Sp. z o.o. or its licensors. Any reproduction or use of website content without prior written consent is prohibited.
